Youth Archery Workshop
This intro course runs for about 90 minute and provides a general overview of modern archery equipment and techniques. Much of the information can be applied to re-curve, compound, or crossbow, but the focus will be on the modern compound bow. We’ll review equipment options to fit the potential uses and age of the archer. We’ll review the potential accessories including rests, quivers, arrows, sights, cases, releases, and more. Whether you are brand new to archery or want a refresher, this is a great workshop. Some archers will shoot recreationally (backyard, sports club, etc), some competitively, while others will pursue hunting. This workshop will get you on the path toward meeting any of your future archery needs. This is a workshop designed for a small group. If you want to pursue archery further, you may want to consider a one-on-one lesson. Please ask one of the instructors for details.
